Our Betapure NT-P Series Filter Capsule is uniquely designed to provide superior service life and a consistently high level filtration performance by using three distinct media sections. The capsules meet the requirements for use in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biologicals and bioprocessing, and facilities and plant services operations.

Betapure NT-P Series Filter Capsules represent the next generation of in-depth filter technology with a unique three-layer filtration system. The outer and middle sections contain multiple layers of fluid distribution netting and interleaved filter media. The inner section is supported by a rigid polypropylene core comprising roughly one third of the filters depth. When in use, fluid moves through designated longitudinal and latitudinal media flow channels that spread contaminant loading throughout the entire filter matrix ensuring consistent flow, as well as uniform and even containment of particulates. Superior Performance Validated Through Testing Extensive laboratory testing shows we have developed the optimal filter cartridge design for superior service life and lower pressure drop. To illustrate this point, our Betapure NT-P Series 5-micron filter is proven to have a service life up to two times greater than competitive products. Additionally, this same filter has substantially fewer pressure drops, meaning 50% fewer cartridges are used when compared to equivalently rated polypropylene depth filters. Conversely, competitive filters may unload previously held particles or lose filtration efficiency more quickly. The bottom line is that our products provide consistent high-level performance, time after time, to meet the demands of filter users.
